Failure to properly and timely fulfill your financial obligations will increase the costs of financing services. It may also adversely affect your credit history and ability to obtain financing on favorable terms in the future. If the lease agreement is terminated due to material breach (e.g., failure to make timely payments), forced debt recovery may be commenced and you may lose the payments you have already made as well as the rights to the leased asset.
