Married customers have a right to buy and sell securities only after providing authorization of spouse.

Methods of providing authorization:

Spouse is a customer of Luminor

  • The spouse can sign power of attorney via Luminor Internet bank using this link
  • The spouse can send a completed power of attorney form, electronically signed on the Dokobit or GoSign document signing portal, provided below to the email address investorLT@luminorgroup.com or can send a completed but not yet signed power of attorney to the same email address – then Luminor employee will invite to sign the document electronically via Dokobit portal.
  • Spouse can deliver signed power of attorney to one of the Luminor bank Customer Service Centers

Spouse is not a customer of Luminor

  • The spouse can send a completed power of attorney form, electronically signed on the Dokobit or GoSign document signing portal, provided below to the email address investorLT@luminorgroup.com or can send a completed but not yet signed power of attorney to the same email address – then Luminor employee will invite to sign the document electronically via Dokobit portal.
  • Spouse can deliver signed power of attorney to one of the Luminor bank Customer Service Centers.
