Methods of providing authorization:

Spouse is a customer of Luminor

  • The spouse can sign power of attorney via Luminor Internet bank using this link.
  • Spouse can contact investments advisor via investorLT@luminorgroup.com mailbox informing that he/she wishes to sign power of attorney. Then, employee of Luminor will send the document which needs to be signed electronically via Dokobit portal.
  • Spouse can deliver signed power of attorney to one of the Luminor bank Customer Service Centers.

Spouse is not a customer of Luminor
