1.1. Luminor Bank AS, registration No. 11315936, legal address: Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, (hereinafter referred to as Luminor Bank AS).
2.1. The Game takes place throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.1. The game takes place from 01.06.2024 to 20.09.2024.
3.2. The registration period is from 01.06.2024 to 31.08.2024 (inclusive).
4.1. The Game prize fund consists of:
4.1.1. 1 (one) Grand Prize - monetary funds amounting to EUR 10,000.00 (ten thousand euro, 00 euro cents).
4.1.2. 10 (ten) monthly prizes - monetary funds amounting to EUR 1000.00 (one thousand euro, 00 euro cents) each.
4.2. The total value of the prize fund is EUR 40,000.00 (forty thousand euros, 00 euro cents) including VAT.
5.1. It is estimated that 15,000 (fifteen thousand) participants will take part in the Game. The chances of winning are 301 (three hundred and one) in 15,000 (fifteen thousand).
6.1. The Game is open to any natural person (hereinafter referred to as "Participant"), subject to the following conditions:
6.1.1. The Participant has a Luminor Black Card Set or becomes an active user of a Luminor Black Card Set during the Game Period. (The Participant can check the status of his/her Luminor Client Set in the Accounts and Cards/Sets section of Luminor Internet Banking);
6.1.2. In order to participate in the Game and claim a prize, you must make a purchase with a Luminor Black card worth EUR 30.00 (incl. VAT) in one purchase at any point of sale, keep the document confirming the purchase and register with the Game:
6.1.3. by filling out the registration form on the website luminor.lt. The name, surname, personal code, email, phone number, number of the purchase document must be indicated in the questionnaire, and a photo of the purchase must be uploaded. Prohibited items are not included in the purchase price.
6.1.4. Categories of prohibited goods: alcoholic beverages (including beer), gift cards, tobacco products, herbal smoking products, electronic smoking devices and electronic smoking device refill tanks, energy drinks, medicines, state-reimbursed medications and devices, mixtures for babies up to 6 months of age. Provision of financial services and participation in gambling/lotteries may not be paid and such payment will not be included in the purchase price.
6.1.5. To receive the prize, you will need to present the original registered receipt.
6.1.6. By fulfilling the game conditions multiple times, the participant will be registered for the draw multiple times.
6.1.7. .At the time of registration for the Game, the Participant must be 18 (eighteen) years of age;
6.1.8. By 23:59 on 31.08.2024, the Participant shall have registered for the Game at luminor.lt.
6.1.9. When registering for the game, the Participant has provided his/her name, surname, personal identification number corresponding to the Participant's personal identification number registered in Luminor Bank AS systems, telephone number, e-mail address provided by the Participant to Luminor Bank AS and has agreed to these Game Rules; the Participant is responsible for entering and reporting his/her data correctly to Luminor Bank AS.
6.1.10. If the Luminor Black Card is linked to the current account of another natural person, such a user of the Luminor Black Card is not eligible to participate in the Game;
6.2. If the Luminor Black Card of the Participant expires during the Game Period and the old card is replaced with a new card, then the activities on both cards are counted together;
6.3. If the Participant has registered for the Game but has closed his/her Black Card Set during the game period, he/she will be excluded from the draw as of the 1st of the following month.
6.4. If the Participant has more than one Luminor Black Card in his/her name, the activity on all cards will be counted together;
6.5. By registering for the Game, the Participant is automatically entered into all subsequent Game draws for which the Participant qualifies in accordance with the conditions set out in Clause 6.1;
6.5.1. For monthly draws, card transactions made before 23.59 on the last day of the month are counted.
6.5.2. The Grand Prize draw is open to Participants who qualified for the monthly prize draws but did not win.
7.1. Persons who are already existing Luminor Black Card users at the time of the game do not have to make any additional direct financial contribution in relation to their participation in the Game.
7.2. Receipt of the prize may incur the following additional costs to Game Participants:
7.2.1. Other costs depending on the Game Participant's individual situation.
7.3. All taxes related to winning of the prize will be borne by Luminor Bank AS.
8.1. There shall be 3 (three) draws in the Game:
09.07.2024, at 14.00
8.1.1. Additional reserve winners will be drawn in the game for each prize type in the case that the primary winners are unable to prove their participation in the Game or their registration does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Reserve winners shall be recorded in the minutes, but shall not be announced. Reserve winners shall receive rights to prizes in the order in which they are drawn.
8.1.2. Each Participant has the chance to win only one prize in the Game. Persons who have already won the Game, even if they qualify for the following month's draws, will be removed from the list of Game Participants before the next draw.
8.1.3. The winners will be selected at random from among the Participants who have qualified for the Game in accordance with the conditions set out in Clause 6.
9.1. Winners will be announced within 5 (five) days after each draw on luminor.lt.
9.2. The full list of winners will be published on the website luminor.lt by 20 September 2024 (inclusive).
10.1. Winners will be notified of their winnings by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in their registration. If the e-mail address is incorrect, the winner can find out about the prize at the places mentioned in Clause 9 and apply for the receipt of the prize by e-mail: info@luminor.lt or by phone +370 5 239 3444 until 03.10.2024.
10.2. Winnings will be transferred to the winner's Luminor Bank AS account to which the Luminor Black Card is linked until 04.10.2024.
10.3. Luminor Bank AS is responsible for PIT calculation, payment and declaration in case such duty arises by LR PIT Law.
10.4. The prize will not be disbursed in the form of any other product, goods, service or cash.
11.1. Participants have the right to express their claims about the game until 5 October 2024 by submitting a written application to Luminor Bank AS Lietuvos skyrių, Konstitucijos pr. 21A, 03601 Vilnius, Lietuva.
11.2. Each claim will be reviewed and responded to in writing within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the written application from the Game Participant.
11.3. Neither the Game Organiser nor anyone else involved in the Game shall be liable for any expenses and/or losses incurred by Participants in connection with the receipt and/or use of any prize or for any consequences arising from the receipt of any prize.
12.1. The Game is not open to employees of Luminor Bank AS and any company directly or indirectly controlled by Luminor Bank AS.
13.1. Game winners agree to their names and the second part (last four digits) of their telephone number being published in the manner set out in Clause 9 of these Terms and Conditions.
13.2. Luminor Bank AS will process the following personal data for the purpose of the Game:
13.3. Information on the number of transactions made with the Card will be processed for the purpose of identifying persons who qualify for the prize draws and to ensure that the Game is conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
13.4. The information used for registration and provided during registration will be used for communication purposes and to identify the Game Participant;
13.5. The personal data will be kept for the above purposes for as long as necessary in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Luminor Bank AS Privacy Policy is available on Luminor Bank AS website luminor.lt.
14.1. The Terms and Conditions of the Game are published on the Luminor Bank AS website luminor.lt.
