First check what country or region you have selected in the App Store or iTunes settings – you will not find Luminor mobile app if your selected country is other than Lithuania.

What if I forgot my PIN code?
You can log in to the online Luminor bank and change the PIN code. You do not have to enter the old PIN code when you change it.
How many failed attempts are allowed before Easy Login is blocked?
Easy Login is blocked after entering incorrect PIN code 5 times.
What are the technical requirements to the mobile device for using the Luminor mobile bank?
You can install the mobile app to smart phones or tablets with Android (version 5.0 and higher) or iOS (version 13.4).
So far, the mobile app cannot be downloaded to smart phones and tablets with Windows Phone or another operating system.
Where can I see the amounts reserved on the account?
Choose the account → in the next window you can view a balance in the chosen account, credit limit (if any) and reserved amounts. Click the arrow in the “Reserved amount” field to open the window with detailed information on reserved amounts.
