Final stage of DNB bank's information systems upgrade to be implemented at the weekend

Dear Customers,

Please be informed that the final upgrade of the information system for management of DNB Bankas’ business processes will be implemented this weekend. Therefore, on-line banking services will not be available and the working hours of the customer service outlets will change for that time.

Due to these technical works, DNB Bankas’ customer service outlets will be closed at the weekend on 24-25 August, and on Friday, 23 August, will be open until 14:00.

Also, from 23 August 15:00 till 26 August 08:00 the customers will not be able to log-in to DNB on-line banking system, to deposit cash into the account at cash-in ATMs or at "Perlo" terminals or to view the balance in the payment card account.

Payments by payment cards as well as cash disbursement at ATMs will be carried out in regular way  the weekend (except for the night of 26 August when payments by payment cards or disbursements of cash from ATMs will not be possible from 00:00 till 05:00.)

On Monday, after the information system's upgrade works are completed, the customer service outlets will start  operating at the regular working hours, however customer service may be slower than usual at the beginning. At the same time short-term malfunction are possible when using the bank's on-line system or some of its functions.

We kindly invite you to effect necessary at any time convenient to you before or after the upgrade works and sincerely apologise for the temporary inconvenience.

The upgraded information system complying with the modern standards of functionality, security and reliability will allow the bank to considerably speed up the operating processes, reduce the amount of technical work for the sales representatives so they can devote more time and attention to consulting and servicing of the customers. This will also enable to respond more promptly to the constantly changing needs of the customers by implementing financial services or solutions to meet their today's expectations.
