In January 2020, Luminor has changed correspondent banks for incoming cross-border payments in all three Baltic countries.
Luminor has established its own correspondent banking network as an important step in the process of carving out from the payment infrastructure of the parent banks. For the Nordic currencies, Luminor will continue cooperation with Nordea and DNB. For other main currencies, Luminor entities established both direct relationships with top correspondent banks or indirect ones via Luminor Estonia.
Customers have been informed about the change in payment requisites for international payments. This is especially relevant for customers who are receiving cross-border payments – in order to avoid delays in the payments in the future, they are advised to notify their business partners and other relevant persons of the change as well. At this stage, there is no change for the customers regarding outgoing international payments.
Luminor is offering payment services to its customers in 14 currencies - AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, HUF, GBP, JPY, NOK, PLN, SEK, RUB, USD. For many currencies Luminor Bank AS, Tallinn (SWIFT RIKOEE22) is a direct correspondent bank that processes international payments to correspondent banks. The new correspondent banks are Citi in US and Europe, Commerzbank and Unicredit in Germany, Natwest in UK, Unicredit Russia and Raiffeisen Bank in Russia, as well as PKO Bank and Bank Pekao in Poland.

In Lithuania, AGBLLT2X;
In Latvia, Luminor|Nordea SWIFT: NDEALV2X, Luminor|DNB SWIFT: RIKOLV2X.
