• The Luminor Investor Campaign (hereinafter the “Campaign”) will start on 18 March 2024 and will run until 30 September 2024, inclusive.
  • Any private customer of Luminor Bank (meaning Luminor Bank AS and Luminor Bank AS Lithuanian branch) may participate in this Campaign.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age, have no Luminor Investor agreement before the Campaign, and make their first investment in any of the investment instruments available on the Luminor Investor platform during the Campaign.
  • The investments made through the platform must be executed during the Campaign period.
  • The prize draws will take place on 04 July 2024 and 04 October 2024.
  • During each draw only the orders executed by participants during the last calendar quarter (18 March – 30 June and 1 July – 30 September, 2024) will be entered into the prize draw.
  • There will be one winner selected from all entries in each of the prize draws.

  • All participants who have fulfilled the above terms and conditions will be automatically entered into the draw. Each participant has one entry in the draw, regardless of the number of executed investments during the Campaign period.
  • Employees of Luminor Group (Luminor Bank AS and its subsidiaries) may not participate in the draw.

Prize

  • The prize will be the amount of money that will be credited to the winner’s bank account.
  • The amount of money will be equal to the amount invested by the winner at the end of the respective calendar quarter, but not more than EUR 900.
  • The draws will be organized by Luminor Bank. The representatives of Luminor Bank will draw the winners in the presence of the Internal Auditor.
  • The winners of the draws are notified of the win by Luminor Bank employee via phone call within 3 business days after the draws have taken place.
  • The prize will be credited to the winner’s bank account within one week after contacting the winners.
  • The prize is not replaceable.
  • If, due to reasons independent of Luminor Bank, the winner of the prize cannot be contacted within 3 business days after the draw or the winner renounces the prize, a new draw under the same draw principles will be held to find a new winner.
  • Luminor Bank will not publish the winner's name, but to inform about the lottery winner the depersonalized Luminor Investor account number of the winner shall be published on the webpage luminor.lt/en.
  • Taxes related to the transfer of the prize will be paid by Luminor Bank.

Liabilities/Other

  • Each participant undertakes to accept the rules established by Luminor Bank and all decisions of Luminor Bank.
  • Luminor Bank reserves the right to terminate the Campaign and/or change its terms and conditions prior to the end of the Campaign by notifying of this on its website.
