Usage of code cards will be discontinued in September

Please note that due to enforced EU regulation concerning secure online payments, Luminor is increasing the security of your online authentication and online payments by discontinuing code card as authentication method. It will cease to be valid as of 10 September 2019.

Along with these changes, Luminor price list will be updated accordingly by removing information related to code cards.
 
Please replace your code card by another suitable authentication tool in due time:

  • Smart-ID – an easy and safe free application for smartphone users. Download it yourself from Google play or App Store.
  • Code generator – an alternative of the code card if you have no smartphone. Available at customer service centres. Commission fee as per the price list.
  • Mobile-ID – tool to log into your Internet Bank and Mobile Bank. Works with all mobile phones. Price according to mobile operator rates.
  • E. signature – usable with Internet Bank only. Enables to sign payment orders, confirm agreements and other documents. Price accordingly to the fees of issuing institution.

 To ensure gradual transition to alternative authentication tools for our customers, the limits for payments made with code cards will be reduced in the middle of the summer.
 
As of 2 July 2019, the maximum daily limit for payments made with code cards will be 50 EUR
 
Please note that in case you do not replace the legacy authentication tools by 10 September 2019, you will not be able to access your Internet Bank and Mobile Bank and sign payment orders.
 
If you do not agree to the proposed changes to the use of our services, you are entitled, without paying any commission fee, to withdraw from the service agreement which is subject to the proposed changes by notifying us in writing until the date indicated above and fulfilling all obligations arising from such agreement. Unless we receive your notification that you disagree to the proposed changes by the said date, we will consider that you accept the changes.
