Short description of Luminor referral program:

Luminor has created a referral program where our existing customer (inviter) can refer us their friend, family member or an acquaintance as a new customer from 21 May until 31 August 2024 and get rewarded with EUR 50 per one new customer.

The requirement for a new customer is to order a Luminor Black card and make 30 transactions during 3 consecutive months from the moment of card activation. The reward will be paid out during September if the conditions below are fulfilled for customers who joined before June 1, and in during December, for customers who joined in period from 22 of June till 31 of August.

Important dates:

  • You have time until 31 August 23:59 o’clock to invite new customers.
  • New customers invited by June 1, 11:59 p.m. must perform at least 30 financial transactions by 2024-08-31. Customers invited from June 22 until August 31, 23:59 must perform at least 30 financial transactions by 2024-11-30.
  • All inviters whose referrals meet the program criteria by June 1st at 11:59 p.m. will receive their cash bonus in September 2024. All inviters whose clients were brought between June 22 and August 31 at 11:59 p.m. will fulfill the criteria of the program, they will receive their monetary bonus in December 2024.

How to invite people to join with Luminor?

  1. Make sure to be an existing private customer of Luminor.
  2. Tell the selected audience (who are not yet Luminor private customers) about the Luminor referral programme.
  3. It is important that the new customer understands the criteria and agrees under their free will to participate.
  4. Please use this site to explain the rules of the programme and this link to become Luminor customer.
  5. One existing customer can bring five new customers as a maximum.
  6. We will use email to identify the match between the inviter and new customer. Therefore, please make sure the email is up to date in Luminor internet bank under personal information.

What is the criteria for a new customer to join through Luminor referral programme?

  1. Read the conditions of the referral programme.
  2. Become Luminor private customer. Please become our customer via this link. During the application filling process, please tick the box to confirm you joined via referral programme and provide the inviter name, surname and email.
  3. Order and activate Luminor Black card.
  4. Make 30 transactions.

What is considered as transaction?

Payment with physical card or e-wallet. Also, internet payment transactions count if they are made by using card details (not using payment link).

Other conditions:

  • Luminor has the right to stop the referral programme at any given time by informing about it on its website at luminor.lt.
  • The person who will be invited as a new customer has to be at least 18 year old.
  • For Luminor to pay out the reward the inviter must have an open account with us which means the account is not restricted, suspended, or closed) during the program.
  • If you refer more people than five, you will not be paid any reward for these additional invitees even if they complete the relevant steps successfully.
  • In case when the inviter account is restricted, suspended or closed during the program the obligation to pay out the reward is deleted.
  • If we discover that the inviter has engaged in any fraud or material abuse of the programme, we may also in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances, including refusal to pay the reward.
  • Any personal data processed or controlled during the programme will be dealt with in line with Luminor data processing rules and guidelines.
  • The sum transferred to the existing customer is considered after tax amount, personal income tax is withheld and paid by Luminor on behalf of the customer.
  • The reward will be paid to inviter Luminor private account.
