Luminor Conditions of a Term Deposit

Euro, US dollar, Norwegian krone, Great Britain pound sterling

Minimum deposit amount

  • On Internet or Mobile bank: EUR 100, USD 100, NOK 100 or GBP 100
  • At a branch or by phone +370 5 239 3444: EUR 100, USD 100, NOK 1,000 or GBP 100

When can you conclude a contract?

  • On Internet bank: every day from 00:01 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • At a branch or by phone +370 5 239 3444: during the working hours of a branch or Call Center

Deposit termination
You may terminate all deposits at any branch of "Luminor" or the Internet bank Saving and investments → My deposits.

  • If the amount of the deposit is bigger than EUR 1,000,000.00 or the equivalent to this amount in another currency, call +370 5 239 3444. You will be connected to the competent consultant.
  • According to the term deposit contract, if you choose to withdraw a deposit prior to its term, you are obliged to notify us in writing no later than 7 working days in advance. The deposit may be terminated and the funds repaid to the deposit servicing account earlier than within 7 working days (if possible, on the same working day).
  • If you withdraw a term deposit before maturity, the whole deposit amount will be returned to the current account, however, the interest will not be paid.
  • If during the deposit term you have been paid the interest on the term deposit, the returned amount will be reduced by the amount of the interest paid.
