On the 26th of August the Bank completed the upgrade of its IT system that is used for rendering services and managing business processes. Therefore starting this date the updated General Rules on the Provisions of Services and Payment Service Rules of AB DNB Bankas as well as other changed rules on the provision of the Bank’s services and terms and conditions of agreements come into effect for customers, who from the 26th of August are serviced by the upgraded system.

The customers who are serviced using the upgraded system have been personally informed about the fact vie e-mail and by sending a notification on the internet banking system. The customers who are not using the internet banking system and have not provided to the Bank their e-mail addresses may call +370 5 239 3444 or contact their service representative in order to find out if the changed rules on the provision of the Bank’s services and terms and conditions of agreements are already applicable to them.
