Please be informed that from 1 October the fees and charges for certain cash services will change at DNB bank branches.

The fee for extra urgent international payments in Euro to the countries in the European Economic Area as well as the fee for issuing and servicing of the most popular payment cards “Visa Electron” will be reduced during the period of preparation for the introduction of the Euro. The fees for rent of individual safe-deposit boxes will change, cash payments and withdrawals at the bank branches, i.e. transactions that can be made free of charge or cheaper using DNB self-service or Internet, will become more expensive.

Moreover, for the first half-year from 1 January 2015, when making Litas into Euro exchange operations at the bank branches cash depositing into own/co-owned accounts will be free of charge.

Upon the entry into force of the new fees and charges to be applied at the bank branches, the fees for services provided via e-channels and at cash-in ATMs of DNB will remain unchanged, i.e. the same as it is now, private and corporate customers will be able to deposit cash into own accounts free of charge. Please be reminded that DNB customers can also deposit cash to their payment card accounts free of charge at 50 newly installed DNB self-service zones and 1 800 "Perlas" terminals.

These changes reflect DNB's trend to encourage customers to use modern banking tools in handling daily finances in a faster and more convenient way and to gradually have the branch staff focused on customer consulting on saving, credits or other more complex matters.

All changes in the fees and charges to be applied from 1 October are provided in the table below:
