At the beginning of the year, the requirements for internet payment security became stricter at the bank. The customers who signed internet bank agreements before 31 December 2015 and are using TAN code cards will have to confirm their payments by using an additional security code starting from 01 April 2016. Therefore, from 08 February 2016, these customers will have to specify their mobile phone number in the internet bank for sending text messages containing an additional security code.

The customers who are using a password generator, regular e-signature or mobile e-signature will follow an unchanged procedure for signing.

Please note that the bank customers will be able to give their phone number that will only be used for secure confirmation of payments in the internet bank. The bank's representatives will not call the customers or send e-mails and text messages with links or request to give the phone number or other personal information. If you have received such phone call, text message or e-mail requesting to disclose your personal information, please inform the bank without delay by phone +370 5 239 3444, or by e-mail info@dnb.lt.

Please be reminded that you can acquire the password generator in any of the bank's outlets and use it instead of your TAN code card. If you wish to acquire a mobile e-signature, please contact your mobile telecommunications operator. You can use a regular e-signature in the USB device or in the chip card issued by VĮ Registrų Centras or UAB Skaitmeninio Sertifikavimo Centras or use a regular e-signature in the personal ID card.
