Changes in the Pricelist for Investment and Ancillary Services

We hereby notify of the new fees and commissions related to the provision of investment and ancillary services coming into effect on 1 October 2015:

Fee for the delivery-versus-payment (DVP) transfer of securities;
Fee for the pledge of securities.

The table below contains the new fees and commissions introduced with effect from 1 October 2015 and the terms and conditions for their application:

Delivery-versus-payment transfer:
When transaction is concluded with AB DNB Bankas:	Free of charge
When transaction is concluded with other persons:
Securities registered in the Baltic states:	EUR 15
Securities registered in other countries:	EUR 30
Pledge of securities:	EUR 30
