On 20 August the Bank succeeded in completing the first implementation stage resulting in the updated rules on the provision of certain services of the Bank and the terms and conditions for the provision of payment services for some of the individual customers. They can be found on the Bank's website dnb.lt by selecting the link Important information for existing customers or by visiting a customer service outlet.

The customers who are serviced by using the upgraded system have been personally informed about the changes vie e-mail or by sending a notification on the internet banking system. The customers who are not using the internet banking system or have not provided to the Bank their e-mail addresses may call +370 5 239 3444 or contact their service representative in order to find out if the updated rules on the provision of services of the Bank and the terms and conditions for the provision of payment services are applicable to them.
