Regarding election of a member of the Supervisory council

AB DNB Bankas notifies that on 12 June 2012 based on the decision of the bank‘s sole shareholder – Norway‘s DNB Bank ASA - Olaf Tronsgaard was elected a member of the Supervisory Council of AB DNB Bankas until the expiry of term of office of the current Supervisory Council. Olaf Tronsgaard replaced dr. Jekaterina Titarenko on the Supervisory Council after she resigned from the position on 30 March 2012 to continue her carrier in DNB Bank ASA. Bank of Lithuania has granted a permission to Olaf Tronsgaard to take the office.

Olaf Tronsgaard (born 1966 ) is the head of staff at the Baltic Division of DNB Bank ASA.  He has been working in Norway’s DNB Bank ASA since 1997: as the vice president, and since 2002 as the senior vice president in the Energy Section (Large Corporate area), specialising in hydro power, solar power and oil and gas supply industries (1997 – 2009). Since 2009 he was in the position of the senior vice president in the Special and workout finance section, large corporate clients.

Olaf Tronsgaard is a graduate from the Norwegian School of Management and holds Master degree in business and economics.

 Olaf Tronsgaard has no shareholdings in AB DNB Bankas.
