We’re updating our Price List for Private Customers, Rules, and Terms and Conditions from 1 July 2025

Dear customer,
We’re making some changes to our Price list for private customers, Luminor Black purchase insurance terms and conditions, and Payment service ruleswith the effectfrom 1 July 2025.
Please read through the main changes to the Price list for private customers:
We’re simplifying our investment service pricing and reducing fees for trading on European and US exchanges via the Luminor Investor platform. Customers can choose the fee plan that best suits their needs: the Base plan for smaller investments and the Elective plan for larger investments.
We’re changing the fee for the Visa Debit card and the Luminor Black card cash deposits at Perlas terminals to EUR 1 per transaction. The current fee is 0.2% of the amount deposited (the minimum transaction fee is EUR 0.30).
We’re increasing the fee for an additional Luminor Black card from EUR 3.50 up to EUR 5.50 per month. An additional payment card is a card that is not included in a banking package.
We’re increasing the minimum transaction fee for the Visa Debit card cash withdrawals at Perlas terminals from EUR 0.80 to EUR 1.50.

Startingfrom 1 July 2025, we are updating the Luminor Black purchase insurance terms and conditions. We will offer more favourable conditions, including longer insurance coverage (up to 210 days), higher benefit limits, and a broader list of insured purchases. Also, startingfrom 1 July 2025, we are adding a new clause 7.4.1.15. to the Payment service rules: 7.4.1.15. The Bank allows to view E-invoice in the Internet bank for 18 (eighteen) months from the date the Bank receives the E-invoice.
With this change, you will be able to view only the E-invoices submitted in the last 18 months, rather than all of them, in your internet bank. Additionally, we are updating the terms and conditions to include a table of contents with links to relevant sections, making it easier for you to find the information you need. If you accept our changes, you don’t need to do anything, we’ll apply them from 1 July 2025. If you don’t accept the changes, you have the right to withdraw from the service agreements affected by these changes immediately and without charge. In this case, you need notify us in writing by 1 July 2025 and fulfil the obligations of these agreements.
