We’re updating our Price List for Private Customers from 1 January and 1 February 2025

Dear Customer,

We’re making some changes to our Price List for Private Customers with the effect from 1 January and 1 February 2025.

Please read through the main changes:

From 1 January 2025

We’re changing the Basic payment account conditions:

• reducing the monthly package fee from EUR 1.37 to EUR 1;
• increasing the cash withdrawal limit for the Visa Debit card included in the package from Luminor ATMs in the Baltics and Medus ATMs in Lithuania up to EUR 800 per month;
• increasing free payments in internet bank up to 15 payments per month.

From 1 February 2025

We’re simplifying the Luminor Black package. We have reviewed our service packages and decided to make them simpler by including one payment card per package that best suits its value and purpose. That's why, from 1 February 2025, Luminor Black package fee will include just one Luminor Black card.

• If you are not using the Visa Debit card that was included in the Luminor Black package, we advise you to close the card in your internet bank by 1 February 2025. Please head to Letters, select New letter > Free form application and tell us that you want to close your card.
• If the Visa Debit card is not closed, starting from 1 February 2025, you will be charged an additional monthly fee of EUR 1.20. For example, if your card was issued on 5 February, the first fee will be deducted on 5 February.

You can keep using your Luminor Black card for daily needs, as it also has all debit card functionalities.

We’re reducing the currency conversion fee for payments with the Luminor Black card from 3% to 2.45% of the payment amount.

We’re slightly increasing the currency conversion fee for payments with the Visa Debit card from 2.45% to 2.65% of the payment amount.

We’re increasing free cash withdrawal limit for the Visa Debit card at Luminor ATMs in the Baltics and Medus ATMs in Lithuania up to EUR 800 per month.

To better meet the needs of our customers with visual impairment, we’re introducing exclusively designed code calculators Digipass 750 VC. The issuance and replacement of these calculators will be free of charge.

We’re slightly increasing a fee for the issuance and replacement of code calculators Digipass 270 from EUR 18 to EUR 21.

We’re changing fees of some investment products and services.

If you accept our changes, you don’t need to do anything, we’ll apply them from 1 January and 1 February 2025. If you don’t accept the changes, you have the right to withdraw from the service agreements affected by these changes immediately and without charge. In this case, you need notify us in writing by 1 January and 1 February 2025 respectively, and fulfill the obligations of these agreements.

Please note that from 1 February 2025, if you wish to deposit more than EUR 15 000 per month at Luminor and Medus ATMs and Perlas terminals using your payment card, you will need to submit a request to increase your cash deposit limit and provide the documents proving the origin of money in the internet bank or at a customer service centre.
