Ossi Leikola commences as Luminor’s Deputy Chief Executive, bringing extensive operational and leadership experience

Ossi Leikola has today commenced as Luminor’s Deputy Chief Executive and joins the Management Board effective immediately, further strengthening Luminor’s leadership team.

As Deputy Chief Executive, Ossi will work with CEO Peter Bosek and the Management Board on a broad range of strategic initiatives. He will lead cross-divisional transformation, management of external third-party relationships, and will drive operational excellence across the Bank, continuing to build Luminor's unique culture. 

Ossi is a highly valuable addition to the management team, bringing extensive operational and leadership experience. Ossi joins Luminor from Nordea, where he was most recently Head of Operations. He has a strong understanding of the Baltic region, having formerly held the role of Head of Poland and the Baltic countries at Nordea.

Ossi will be based in Tallinn, Estonia, and will split his working time between Tallinn, Vilnius and Riga.
