Please be informed that from the 1st of October 2021, the amended Luminor Pricelist will come in effect. The changes will also be made in in Payment Service Rules.

The changes in our current pricelist are being made in order to clarify the terms and prices, to ensure better pricelist structure, as well as to unify the prices of services and products in the Baltic States.

We also would like to draw your attention to some important changes:

• Last year we have cancelled the service of free withdrawals from SEB ATMs and removed it from our Pricelist. Now the transition period that we implemented for the benefit of our customers is about to end and we emphasise that from the 9^th of August 2021 a charge will be applied also in practice.
• We have extended our ATM network and now you can also use “Medus” ATMs to withdraw cash with the same conditions as in Luminor ATMs. Prior to the change, Luminor had 185 ATMs across Lithuania, combining these ATMs with the extended network, customers will have a possibility to use at least 250 ATMs.
• For Visa Classic and Visa Gold cardholders: please be informed that the “Technical home and roadside assistance” service, which is available for Visa Classic and Gold cardholders, will be no longer provided from the 1^st of September 2021. Until this date, Visa Classic and Gold cardholders can continue using the service in the usual terms. Please be reminded that new Visa Classic and Visa Gold cards are no longer issued and the clients are invited to use Visa Debit and Luminor Black cards.

If you agree to the amendments, no further actions are needed – the new pricelist and payment service rules will simply apply to your agreement(s) as of 1^st of October 2021, changes related to Visa Classic and Visa Gold cards will come in effect from 1^st of September. If you do not agree to the amendments, you have the right to terminate the framework payment services agreement you have entered into with the bank free of charge by 30^th of September 2021.
