Changes in Luminor’s General Business Terms and Privacy Policy

Dear customer,
Starting from 2 January 2019 there will be changes to Luminor’s General Business Terms (the Terms) and Privacy Policy.
Changes in General Business Terms
The new unified Terms will replace currently applicable Luminor Bank AB General Rules on the Provision of Services of the Bank (D) and Luminor Bank AB General Service Rules (N) documents and will apply to all Luminor customers, products and services.
The Terms regulate the main aspects of relations between the bank and its customers and set general rights and obligations of the customer and the bank related to performance of any agreement or transaction with the bank.

Changes in privacy policy (applicable to private individuals)
Changes in bank’s legal structure, our aim to replace current shareholder’s financing with more self-sustainable funding in financial markets drives the need to update our Privacy policy as well.
Most important changes:
List of Luminor companies are updated considering changes in group’s legal structure;
New data processing purposes and categories of personal data recipients are explained in more details providing that in some cases we may have a legal requirement or legitimate interest to share personal data with our shareholders, rating agencies or participants of financial markets and entities involved in arranging of funding;
