Attention all MasterCard Gold and MasterCard Charge Card Holders

Starting from September 2015 MasterCard Gold and MasterCard Charge credit cards will no longer be renewed; instead Nordea Gold credit cards or MasterCard Xameleon cards respectively will be issued. Customers will be informed personally through Nordea internet banking.

The Nordea Gold credit card has the same privileges as the MasterCard Gold card, that is, an interest-free period up to the credit repayment day. In addition, customers will be able to choose the credit repayment date and the minimum amount repayable from the credit limit used. Travel abroad insurance conditions remain the same as they were in the MasterCard Gold card; a purchase protection insurance will apply when paying with a Nordea Gold credit card for goods and services. After the change of the MasterCard Charge Card into the MasterCard Xameleon, the card holders will be able to use an interest-free period for purchase transactions until the credit repayment day as well enjoy one of the best travel insurance. Also when paying for purchases with the MasterCard Xameleon, a purchase protection insurance will apply to protect purchases against accidental damage or theft. Card replacement will be done when on the expiry of the existing card; after receiving an SMS notice about the issue of a new card, customers are kindly asked to collect the card at the bank.

The newly issued cards will be subject to fees corresponding to the client status in the Customer advantage program.
