Temporal limitations of payment cards and internet banking functionality due to Nordea banking system upgrade

Dear customers,

Please be informed that due to Nordea banking system upgrade that will take place starting from 19:00 on 7th of October 2011 and will last till 8:00 on 10th of October there are temporal limitations of payment cards and internet banking functionality foreseen.

In particular, there will be no possibility to check account balances and print billing statements in ATMs. Cash withdrawal operations will be fully operational, however we recommend withdrawing sufficient amount of cash prior to Friday evening.
On Friday, after 19:00, and on Sunday after 17:00 there are possible short-term downtimes of debit cards transactions. However Credit cards transactions will be fully operational.
Internet banking users will not be able to make e-payments (payments through internet shops). Also data on account statements, account, debit and consumer credit cards balances will not be updated during the weekend.
