Basic Payment Account Service

The basic payment account service is service package with basic payment account. It can be opened for EU residents only if the consumer does not have an account covering payment services and payment transactions constituting the basic payment account service in an institution operating in the Republic of Lithuania. 50 % discount on the fee for banking package with basic payment account offered to deprived persons who receive social benefits under the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Monetary Support for Deprived Citizens. Purchase of additional services is not required in order to use this service.

Login tool to internet bank and mobile app
Unlimited euro credit transfers from the EEA (European Economic Area) countries
10 euro transfers on-line to other banks in Lithuania and other EEA countries*
Unlimited cash depositing through Luminor cash in/out ATM
Visa Debit payment card
Cash withdrawal up to 750 EUR/month from Luminor ATMs in Lithuania with no extra charge

* Payments for utility services, e-invoices, payments to e-stores included.

The fee is charged for a calendar month irrespective of the booking date, therefore we recommend to book the service at the beginning of the month.
