On 2 July 2014 the Supervisory Council of AB DNB Bankas elected Andrius Načajus to take the office of a member of the Bank’s management board. A. Načajus, who currently is the head of DNB Markets for Baltics will also serve as the executive vice-president of the Bank in charge of corporate banking after the necessary permission from Bank of Lithuania is received. It is planned that  A. Načajus will take the office on the seven-member management board of AB DNB Bankas from 4 August 2014.

A.Načajus (born 1978) is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics and holds the degree of Master of Sciences in international business and economics. He has been working in DNB’ investment banking since 2002. Prior to joining AB DNB Bankas, A. Načajus was a senior associate in Estonia’s Trigon Capital investment house in 1999-2002.

After A. Načajus takes the seat on AB DNB Bankas management board, Mindaugas Tutlys, who is the head of DNB Markets Lithuania will be appointed to take care of DNB’s pan-Baltic investment banking operations. Simultaneously he will retain his role as DNB Markets country head for Lithuania.
