Regarding the change on AB DNB Bankas' Management Board

On 12 March 2014, dr. Vygintas Bubnys, deputy chairman of the Management Board and executive vice - president of AB DNB Bankas, notified the Bank‘s Management Board he will not resume his contract after the expiry of his third four year term in office.V. Bubnys made the decision, effective from 21 March 2014, due to personal reasons.
Until the new head of the Bank’s corporate banking division is appointed, the chairman of the Management Board and the president of AB DNB Bankas’ Bjornar Lund will be in charge of the corporate banking business line.

V. Bubnys has been working in the Bank since 2000 and in Lithuania’s financial sector since 1990.
