Russian government’s recognition of self-proclaimed People’s Republic of Donetsk and Luhansk, and the entry of Russian troops into Ukrainian territory has led to the imposition of new sanctions.

  • Processing time of international payments can take longer than usual, especially if the payment has Russian, Belarus or Ukrainian nexus.
  • Luminor will not be engaged in any means or facilitate incoming/outgoing transactions directly or indirectly involving Luhansk and Donetsk regions or be involved via other means related to the latter regions.

Please keep in mind that all natural and legal persons of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia must comply with United Nations, European Union and respective national sanctions regimes.
