Luminor Bank AS today announced that Jonas Eriksson has notified the Board of his intention to step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Member of the Management Board. Jonas Eriksson will remain in his position until December 31, 2020.

The Board will commence a comprehensive search process to identify a new CFO, undertake a smooth transition process and the Luminor will make an announcement as soon as a successor is selected.
