DNB Bankas, part of Norway's largest financial services group, opened a new branch in Vilnius Ozas shopping and entertainment centre making DNB the sole bank in Vilnius that offers consulting and daily financial services in all three major shopping centres of the country’s capital.
DNB branches located in Akropolis, Panorama and Ozas shopping and entertainment centres have opening hours that are convenient to working people, i.e. longer than usual on workdays and at weekends. DNB branch in Ozas shopping centre offers financial services to individual and corporate customers on workdays and on Saturdays from 10.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m.
"The working hours of this branch are adapted to the needs of working people in Vilnius. We want to provide them an option to use banking services with no rush - from consulting on a mortgage loan or car leasing to daily financial issues," - says Edvardas Uziala, Manager of DNB Vilnius Region.
The new customer friendly branch designed in fresh DNB style also houses a self-service iterminal offering better fees for on-line payments and enabling other financial transactions.
Given that shopping and entertainment centres have lots of visitors and locate a number of small and medium enterprises, to their convenience DNB Bankas will install there ATM with cash-in function to make cash collection easier for the companies that operate in the shopping centre and its customers.
The branch opened in OZAS shopping and entertainment centre is DNB's 17th branch in Vilnius, so now residents and visitors to Vilnius can use one of the largest banking service networks in the capital city. Five of DNB customer service branches in Vilnius are open on Saturdays and two branches offer their services on Sundays.
DNB Bankas offers banking services and financial consulting at 79 customer service outlets all over Lithuania. It is the country’s second largest customer service network. All of DNB branches have self-service terminals where customers can make on-line banking transactions at better charges.
