Maria Elena Cappello joins the Supervisory Council of Luminor, effective 1 July 2020.
Maria Elena Cappello has over 25 years of international senior management experience in digital technology, international marketing and commercial strategy, and has led large scale turn-arounds and process optimisation initiatives. She has held several C-suite and CEO positions during her career, has chaired the risk, nomination and remuneration committees at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and is currently on the boards of Telecom Italia, Saipem and Prysmian.
Maria Elena is a member of the ESG Working Group for Climate Change at the World Economic Forum.
