Dear customers,

Implementing European Parliament and of the Council on payment services in the internal market Directive and the newest changes in Law on Payments, since 15th of March 2010 new Nordea Bank Lithuania General service rules and amendments in price lists for both private and corporate customers came into effect.

Please take a note of some important changes:

- For payments within EEA in euros or EEA member states national currencies and without conversion payer’s bank fees are paid by payer and other bank’s fees are paid by beneficiary (BEN or OUR fees types are not allowed).

- Bank ensures that customers can any time block payment instrument issued to them or inform that payment instrument is stolen or lost otherwise, or funds on the account and/or payment instrument was or can be used unlawfully.

- Bank informs customers 60 calendar days in advance, when making amendments to General service rules, standard provisions of the service provision rules and price lists.
