Changes in the Nordea Bank Lithuania General Service Rules

We kindly inform you that starting with 1 October 2017 Nordea Bank AB General Service Rules shall be amended. The main change - General Service Rules are separated from  Payment Services Rules:

• The General Service Rules shall contain provisions applicable to all agreements concluded and services provided by the Bank.
• Provisions regulating rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the Bank’s payment services (i.e. opening and management of the bank account, executing payments and provision of other payment services) are transferred to the Payment Services Rules (attached as Annex No 2 to the General Service Rules).
