We would like to inform you that the new wording of the Descriptions of the Terms on Cards’ Issuance and Usage for Private Persons and the Description of the Terms on MasterCard Platinum Cards’ Issuance and Usage for Private Persons will become valid from the 12th of January 2016.
The new versions include customers’ obligations to inform the pre-trial investigation authorities about fraudulent card transactions. Also, a clause is added which explains that charges for incoming payments will be deducted from the amount of payment to a credit card account, and used definitions are revised. The amendments can be accessed here (changes are in bold):
