The annual Nordea Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) update

On 15 October, Nordea Bank Lietuva is starting its annual customer satisfaction index survey.
The customer satisfaction index (CSI) involves annual surveys of private and corporate clients conducted by Nordea. Surveys are carried out simultaneously throughout the entire Nordic and Baltic region. The key objective of the surveys is the identification of customer needs in order to improve the quality of customer service.
The results of the CSI are confidential. They will be used within Nordea only to ensure even better customer service in the future.
