Luminor services and opening hours over the Easter Holiday

Dear customers,

Please be informed that payments in euros (SEPA) and other currencies to the banks registered in Lithuania and outside Lithuania will not be processed from Friday, April 18, to Monday, April 21, (inclusive) this year.*

Good Friday, April 18, is a public holiday in most European countries and therefore the payment system of the Eurosystem will not operate over the long Easter weekend.

Please make your payments before 4 PM on Thursday, April 17, to allow more time for them to reach the receiving bank. Payments made after 4 PM will be credited to the receiver's account the next working day after Easter (April 22).

You will be able to withdraw money at ATMs and use internet bank as usual.

Opening hours of our Customer Service Centres

On Saturday, April 19, only two of our Customer Centres will be open will be open to customers – Vilniaus Paupio (from 10 AM to 3 PM) and Šiaulių Akropolio (from 10 AM to 9 PM).

On Sunday, April 20, all Customer Centres, including the Call Centre, will be closed.

On Monday, April 21, only Šiaulių Akropolio Customer Centre will be open to customers (from 10 AM to 9 PM). The Call Centre will be closed.
