Payments and working hours over the Easter Holiday

Dear customers,
Please be informed that payments in euros (SEPA) and other currencies to the banks registered in Lithuania and outside Lithuania will not be processed from Friday, March 29, to Monday, April 1, (inclusive) this year.* Payments within Luminor and instant payments between banks will be processed as usual. Private customers will be able to make instant payments up to EUR 5,000.
Good Friday, March 29, is a public holiday in most European countries and therefore the payment system of the Eurosystem will not operate over the long Easter Weekend.
Please make your payments before 4 PM on Thursday, March 28, to allow more time for them to reach the receiving bank. Payments made after 4 PM will be credited to the receiver's account the next working day after Easter (April 2).
You will be able to withdraw money at ATMs and use internet bank as usual.

Our opening hours are going to change during the Easter Holiday
On Saturday, March 30, only two of our Customer Centres will be open will be open to customers – Vilniaus Paupio (from 10 AM to 3 PM) and Šiaulių Akropolio (from 10 AM to 9 PM).
On Sunday, March 31, all Customer Centres, including the Call Centre, will be closed.
On Monday, April 1, only Šiaulių Akropolio Customer Centre will be open to customers (from 10 AM to 9 PM). The Call Centre will be closed.
* Payments in euros (SEPA) and other currencies to the banks registered in Lithuania and outside Lithuania are not processed during weekends and public holidays.
