Luminor services and opening hours during the festive season

Dear customers,

During the festive season, payments in euros (SEPA) and other currencies to the banks registered in Lithuania and abroad will not be processed on 24–26 December this year and on 1 January 2025.* Payments within Luminor and instant payments between banks will be processed as usual. Private customers will be able to make instant payments if the amount of one payment does not exceed 15 000 euros.

Please make your payments before 4 PM on 23 December and before 4 PM on 31 December, to allow more time for them to reach the receiving bank. Payments made after 4 PM will be credited to the receiver's account the next working day after holidays (27 December this year and on 2 January 2025 respectively).

You will be able to withdraw money at ATMs and use internet bank as usual.

Opening hours of our Customer Service Centres

23 December:

• Customer Service Centres will close one hour earlier than usual, except for Šiaulių Akropolio. It will be open from 10 AM to 9 PM.
• A Call Centre will be open from 8 AM to 8 PM.

24 December, Christmas Eve:

• Customer Service Centres will be closed, except for Šiaulių Akropolio. It will be open from 10 AM to 4 PM.
• A Call Centre will be closed.

25 and 26 December, Christmas:

• Customer Service Centres and a Call Centre will be closed.

31 December, New Year Eve:

• Customer Service Centres will close one hour earlier than usual, except for Šiaulių Akropolio. It will be open from 10 AM to 4 PM.
• A Call Centre will be open from 8 AM to 8 PM.

1 January, New Year Day:

• Customer Service Centres and a Call Centre will be closed.
