Changes to working hours and transfers on Good Friday and Easter weekend

Dear Customers,

Please be informed that Good Friday, 7 April 2023, is a non-working day in the majority of European countries; therefore, the Eurosystem's payment system will not be operating and the payments will not be executed between banks. However, the payments between the accounts held at the same bank will be executed as usual.

On Saturday, 8 April 2023, only two of our Customer Service Centres will be open – in Šiauliai at the shopping mall Akropolis (from 10AM to 9PM) and in Vilnius, Paupio str. (from 10AM to 3PM). The Call Centre will be open from 9AM to 4PM. The payments transactions between accounts held with Luminor will be executed as usual.

On Easter Sunday and Monday, 9–10 April 2023, the Luminor Call Centre will be closed. The payment transactions between banks will not be executed over this period; therefor, we advise you to make your payments in advance. The payment transactions between accounts held with Luminor will be executed as usual. Also, our Customer Service Centres will be closed, except for the one at the shopping mall Akropolis in Šiauliai (it will be open from 10AM to 9PM).

Please note that instant payments (up to 1000 euros) will be executed as usual on Good Friday and over the holiday weekend. For more information, please click here.
