Changes to Luminor Price List for Business Customers from 1 February 2025

On 1 February 2025, we are making changes to the following sections of our Price List for Business Customers: accounts, payment cards, digital channels, trade finance, investments, and SWIFT services
Please read through the main changes:
We’re slightly increasing the currency conversion fee for Visa Business Debit card payments in other currency than euros from 2.45 % to 2.65 % of the payment amount.
We’re increasing the currency conversion fee for Visa Business card payments in other currency than euros from 1.95 % to 2.45 % of the payment amount.
We’re aligning the structure of cash withdrawal fees from Luminor ATMs and Perlas terminals, therefore, we are slightly increasing the fee for Visa Business Debit card cash withdrawals from Perlas terminals. Starting from 1 February 2025, this fee will be 1.5 % of the amount withdrawn, but not less than EUR 2. The current fee is 1 % of the amount withdrawn, but not less than EUR 1.
We’re setting a fee of 0.1 % of the transaction amount, but not less than EUR 0.50, for Visa Business Debit card and Visa Business card cash deposits at Perlas terminals.
To better meet the needs of our customers with visual impairment, we’re introducing exclusively designed code calculators Digipass 750 VC. The issuance and replacement of these calculators will be free of charge.
We’re slightly increasing a fee for the issuance and replacement of code calculators Digipass 270 from EUR 18 to EUR 21.
We’re changing fees of some investment and trade finance products and services.
Please be informed that from 1 February 2025, if you wish to deposit more than EUR 30,000 per month at Luminor and Medus ATMs and Perlas terminals using your payment card, you will need to submit a request to increase your cash deposit limit and provide the documents proving the origin of money in the internet bank or at a Customer service centre.
If you accept our changes, you don’t need to do anything, we’ll apply them from 1 February 2025.
If you don’t accept the changes, you have the right to withdraw from the service agreements affected by these changes immediately and without charge. In this case, you need notify us in writing by 1 February 2025, and fulfill the obligations of these agreements.
