Luminor harmonizes its Rules on Issuance of Guarantees in all Baltic countries.
In order to achieve this goal, Luminor Bank AS Lithuanian branch is amending the Rules on Issuance of Guarantees, the new wording of which will enter into force on 1 February 2021. The Rules on Issuance of Guarantees regulate the main aspects of the relationship between the bank and its customers and determine the rights and obligations of the customer and the bank related to the issuance and execution of guarantees.
The new rules harmonize their content and structure in all Baltic countries.
