Loans with ILTE portfolio guarantee

• Accessible financing for small and medium companies in case of the absence of sufficient or acceptable collateral
• Fast process – decision to apply the portfolio guarantee is made by the Bank
• There is no limit on the number of loans per borrower, provided that the threshold of allowed de minimis state aid is not exceeded for one company (whole group)

Purpose of Financing

Loans are granted for investment financing (tangible and non‑tangible assets) and/ or working capital financing needs

80 % of the loan amount

Loan amount

The maximum loan amount guaranteed by ILTE portfolio guarantee is EUR 2,812,500.00*, or

• for companies engaged in primarily agriculture production – the maximum loan amount is EUR 234,375.00
• for companies engaged in fishing and aquaculture activities, the maximum loan amount is EUR 375,000.00

*The maximum loan amount may be lowered at the Bank’s discretion

Who is eligible for the ILTE portfolio guarantee?

• Small and medium companies, i.e.
  - entities that have less than 250 employees and
  - annual income does not exceed EUR 50 million (or) the value of assets listed in the company's balance sheet does not exceed EUR 43 million
• Entities operating in Lithuania
