To manage the company's accounts, you will need access to the Luminor internet bank. You can obtain it in two ways:

1. Become a Luminor private customer. If you are not yet Luminor private customer and would like to become one, please apply here.

2. Fill in Know Your Customer questionnaire, save it in PDF format, sign with an electronic signature and e‑mail us at versloatstovai@luminorgroup.com. Once we have received your completed questionnaire, we will contact you by phone to arrange a video call for your identification.

What does it take to become a Luminor's customer remotely?

The authorized representative of the company designated as a signatory must have a passport or ID card issued by the Republic of Lithuania, a residence permit (permanent/temporary) to reside in Lithuania
Certified Smart‑ID or Mobile‑ID issued in Lithuania
Web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Opera
Operating system: Windows, macOS or Android

How to obtain an electronic signature?

If you have a Smart-ID Basic account, you can upgrade it to a qualified Smart‑ID. Watch this video an learn how to do it.
If you want to obtain an electronic signature, you need to contact your mobile network operator.

A new head of a company that already has an account with Luminor?

If you are a new representative of a company, fill out an application to change the signatory of a company. Once we receive your application, we will contact you.
