Become our customer remotely

To open a business account remotely for the company you represent, you will need a valid passport or ID card issued by the Republic of Lithuania and a Smart‑ID with a qualified electronic signature or a Mobile signature.

Become our customer at Customer Service Centre

If you don't have a Smart‑ID with a qualified electronic signature or a Mobile signature or are a foreign national, please visit Luminor's Customer Service Centre.

For self-employed customers

If you are a farmer, bailiff, lawyer, paralegal, or insolvency representative, fill out an application to open an account

Once we receive the application, we will send you an invitation to sign it with a Mobile signature or a Smart‑ID in the Dokobit system.

What does it take to become a Luminor's customer remotely?

The authorized representative of the company designated as a signatory must have a passport or ID card issued by the Republic of Lithuania, a residence permit (permanent/temporary) to reside in Lithuania
Certified Smart‑ID or Mobile‑ID issued in Lithuania
Web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Opera
Operating system: Windows, macOS or Android

How to obtain an electronic signature?

If you have a Smart-ID Basic account, you can upgrade it to a qualified Smart‑ID. Watch this video an learn how to do it.
If you want to obtain an electronic signature, you need to contact your mobile network operator.
